Running Days will be THURSDAY, TUESDAY  and SUNDAY

Tuesdays and Thursdays we start at 6PM and Sundays we start at 9AM.
Please be on time (early will keep your coaches happy)

We will meet at the Newcastle Recreation Centre -- Front Reception Tuesdays and Thursdays. Thursday's are your educational components where you will learn about the many aspects of running.  On Sunday the run will start at Tiny Bubbles which is on the corner of Hwy. #2 and Beaver Street in Newcastle.

The annual membership fee is $75.00 - Cheque (Payable to the Running Maniacs) or Cash.  This membership fee makes you a member of The Running Maniacs and entitles you to all the benefits of our memebership.

The program will progress all beginners to a Celebration Run hosted by The Running Maniacs NEW YEAR'S EVE 2009 held at the Newcastle Community Centre at 5PM.  The Resolution Run will start and finish at Tiny Bubbles.  Cost is $40.00 to Register and you will receive a customize gym bag. 

You will benefit from our Beginner Runner Program through proper progression and coaching focusing on educational components.  Your educational sessions are held every Thursday before we head out for our run.  You will learn how to make your running career progressive, safe, and comfortable.  Running with a group of people has been known to be a positive way to be successful in your performance as a runner.

NEXT BEGIN TO RUN PROGRAM WILL START AFTER MARCH BREAK 2010.
